2. Business Nature (Wholesale & Retail)

We offer different pricing structures for our retail and wholesale customers:

  • Retail Customers: By default, all new accounts are registered as Retail accounts. Prices displayed are standard retail rates.
  • Wholesale Partners: To access wholesale pricing and bulk order benefits, you must:
    1. Register a standard account under the “My Account” section of our website.
    2. Request an account upgrade from “Customer” to “Wholesaler.”
    3. This can be done by filling out the upgrade form available in your dashboard or by sending an upgrade request via WhatsApp to +91 96544 17411 with your business details.

Verification: We reserve the right to verify business credentials before approving a wholesale account upgrade. Once approved, wholesale pricing will be visible when you are logged in.

3. Products and Accuracy

We specialize in Ladies Daily wear, Casual wear, and Night wear. While we strive to display the colors and textures of our garments as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

  • By placing an order, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Since we are based in Karol Bagh, Delhi, local deliveries may be faster than interstate shipments. Shipping costs and estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of daily wear and night wear garments:

  • Returns or exchanges are generally accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items sent.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags.
